Dear Pastors:

Arkansas is in the process of collecting signatures for two extremely important initiatives.

(A) One initiative would deny homosexuals the right to adopt children or become foster parents.  It would help stop the homosexual war on traditional marriage and on our moral values.

(B) The other initiative would uphold the rule of law by preventing illegal aliens (those here unlawfully) from getting numerous benefits at taxpayer's expense.

It is urgent that we get these initiatives on the ballot!!!  We need your help desperately!  See red font on the last page of this letter for how you can help.  A few churches have already circulated them and set up tables in their foyer to get these signed.  It is perfectly legal for churches to do this.  Call me at 870-935-9438 or 870-919-1057 if you have questions.

Just today I received an email from Jerry Cox at Family Council saying they need 22,000 more signatures and have only 21 days to get them, so they must have about 38,000.  They need a little over 60,000.  The petitions have to be turned in to Secretary of State by July 1, 08.

Can you imagine the pain and horror that hundreds of children may be subjected to if homosexuals adopt them or foster parent them?   James 1:27 says that pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction.  This is our opportunity to prevent horrible affliction for these children.  If we allow this petition to fail, it will embolden the homosexuals and the legislators who support their cause unbelievably.

Arkansas Is A Magnet for Surrogacy Parenting for Homosexuals

Arkansas Surrogacy Law Is Among the Most Liberal in the U. S,  Much More Liberal than New York and European Laws

I don't know if you realize just how advanced Arkansas is in the homosexual movement.  The following excerpts from an article at this link should give you some idea.

Arkansas is one of 9 states that "allow gay surrogacy." In fact, it appears that Arkansas has become a magnet for gay surrogacy. The surrogacy law in Arkansas is among the most favorable in the United States, according to the website of Surrogacy Solutions in Sherwood, Arkansas, which advertises, "Most of our clients do not live in Arkansas, and several of our surrogates and egg donors do not live in Arkansas. You are not required to live in Arkansas to form your contract under and take advantage of Arkansas law on surrogacy.   In all surrogacy arrangements through Surrogacy Solutions, the contract provides that Arkansas is the place the parties select for the laws to govern, interpret, and enforce the contract."

"There is a quiet but thriving network of Arkansas women who have been carrying babies for couples from all over the country and Europe, where surrogacy is illegal...Melissa Brisman, a New Jersey attorney specializing in reproductive law, said about 10 percent of the surrogates her agency uses live in Arkansas," according to Arkansas Democrat Gazette article August 5, 07.

Chilling Speech from a Mexican Revolutionist

40 Million Potential Revolutionaries North of the Border

The initiative to limit benefits for illegal aliens is necessary to uphold our RULE of LAW (not to mention that statistics show that each low skilled immigrant family cost the taxpayers in the US at least  $30,000 a year or more in health benefits, education, HUD housing, food stamps, etc. the cost of educating one child in Arkansas now is about $8,500.  Multiply that by three children and you get $25,500 just to begin with.  This doesn't include free lunches, breakfasts, language instruction classes). The corruption in Mexico is so bad that in the last few months 300 Mexican police and 3,500 citizens were killed just south of the border.  Many police officers there are now seeking sanctuary in our country.  If we don't stop this onslaught of incoming illegal aliens resulting in the breakdown of law in our nation, then we will become corrupt just like Mexico; and no one will profit, not us and not the Mexicans who are coming here by the thousands.   Following is a speech I viewed on You Tube and transcribed because it was so revealing and scary.

The response on getting signatures on this petition is unbelievable.  About 90% of the people approached sign it, but we have shortest time span to get these signatures of any initiative ever.

Transcript of chilling speech from Mexican Revolutionist "I want to start off by saying that the young man who spoke a little while ago was one of my students.  That made me so proud because I know that our people are strong leaders for years and years to come.  (Loud applause)

We have a revolutionary Mexican organization here.   You are right:  this is not just about Mexico; this is about a global struggle against imperialism and capitalism.   We know that all of that is happening in the context of where we now stand is stolen occupied Mexico.  (Loud applause)

And the message that we bring, if you want to bring a little bit  more of a revolutionary context to this, why is it  that these people, these frail, racist white people want to keep us out of this country.  It is not simply because the color of our skin;  it is not simply because  they just want to exploit us.  Let me tell you why.  Because on this planet right now are six billion people at the forefront of a revolutionary movement, the  LaRaza.

(Loud Applause)

We have a long history of examples of  (names several  leaders and countries in South American, including  Chavez and Brazil, names that I could not understand for sure).  You name it;   we have nine;  nine at the center,   governments in Latin America right now.  They know something that one young Argentine said.   It is called the domino theory.  He knew that every single country would go revolutionary, one after the other, after the other, after the  other.

So what do they fear? They know that every single country; they know that we no longer will fall  to these lies called borders.  We  know that  (names countries in Latin America including  Guatemala)   there is no damm difference! we are all one people so with that in mind we see ourselves, all of us here,  as  the Northern Front of a Latin American Revolutionary movement.  (Loud applause)

There are more than 40 million of our people north of the Rio Grande - that means to them that's 40 million potential revolutionaries north of the border inside the belly of the beast.

So when you think about why they want to kick us, our people out.  That's why. Because they know that we now know the truth;  they know that now we are La Raza; we are professionals; we are educators; we are revolutionary students.  What does that mean?  We are not just a regular culture any more;   we are a culture of revolutionary spirit, and that's the fear.  (Thunderous applause)

So with that being said, I want to leave you with this.  As a revolutionary and with revolutionary context, let's be clear about one thing.  Our enemy is not the minutemen.  Quote me,  " our enemy is not the minutemen because the minutemen are not the ones who have killed over 4,600 people at those borders."  Our enemy is the same enemy as the one Chavez has. Our enemy is the same enemy that (names other countries in Latin America that I could not understand) .   Our enemy is capitalism and imperialism.  (Loud  applause)

I will finish with this.  If  you are serious about making change; if you are serious about making change,  let me tell you: the struggle will go on for many more years after we leave (couple words I could not understand but I this he said L.A.)

Reading a book, writing a book or teaching a class, that is not, that is not part  of the movement.    What you do 24 hours a day as a professional revolutionary.  that is what will lead our people, and all people  to liberation.   (Loud Applause)

We are enclosing a copy of these two petitions that can copied (or pulled off the internet) The first one mentioned (ban pm homosexuals adopting children) can be pulled off the web at this link:

The petition denying certain benefits to illegal aliens can be pulled off at this link:

Instructions for those collecting signatures are included at the top of each petition.  More information on rules and answers to many questions can be found t this link:

We are sending this to about 75-100  pastors in northeast Arkansas so together we should be able to help  reach the necessary number of signatures to have these initiatives on the ballot in November.  Family Council has teamed up with AFA radio just recently to help get these signatures as well.

I came to the conclusion about two years ago that the only way we would ever change things in Arkansas or the nation was through ballot initiatives.  It is obvious we don't have any help in our Presidential candidates.  Here in Arkansas the media crucifies any legislator that steps out on a conservative issue just like they did Jim Holt.  If we still have any hope to save our country, it will be through ballot initiatives and grass roots.   If we let these petitions fail, then others won't come forward to sponsor initiatives.

These are the main rules to remember:

Signers must be registered voters in Arkansas

The text of the petition must be attached to the signature sheet (in case of the ban on gay adoption, there will be only one sheet of paper with signatures on one side and text on the other.  There are 4 pages to the one deny benefits to illegal aliens but all 4 pages have to be stapled together, preferable copy with two pages front and back)

A separate petition must be used for each county, but anyone in any county can get petitions from any other county.

Only one person can oversee each petition sheet because they have to sign that they saw the people signing the petition.

Petition must be signed by person collecting signatures before a Notary Public. Most banks will notarize signatures free.

Petitions must be sent back to the address at bottom of petition by July 1, 08.
