North Little Rock West International Baccalaureate School Scores Compared to the State for
2005. At the time these comparisons were made, 2005 was the latest year the scores were available. They spend $968 more per student than the state average and have a 20% lower poverty index than the state average.
North Little Rock West School is an International Baccalaureate School. There are only six IB schools in the state; two of them are elementary and one is not a public school but a Catholic high school. Hot Springs is the only district that has implemented IB programs district wide. Springfield started the program in high school this year (or possibly last year) but hasn't been an IB school long enough to know its success rate.
