Note how they go from high to low almost straight across the board and note that only Park Magnet School is the only one with scores above state average.  Gardner is about state average,  and Oaklawn and Langston are both below average in every area and way below in many cases (23 pts below average at Langston in 4th grade Literarcy and 19 points below in 4th grade math.  Yet they spend $1,340 more per student than state average.
